A few words can't describe the huge amount of work that went into this project - it takes all day and 3 flights to get there.. way up close to the arctic circle. And I went there 3 times across the 3 seasons. Valentine Warner and the hotel owner had put together a unique series of events called "Kitchen on the edge of the world" where punters come to eat and drink, walk, fish and make things as well as listen to great speakers. It was great to cover every aspect of this - Food and drink, interiors, portraits & Landscapes . It was particularly interesting to meet and work with people such as Mark Hix, Nathan Outlaw and DBC Pierre.
