Liberation Nuts: Nicaragua
Based in the UK, Liberation Nuts is a Community Interest Company, which is co-owned by a consortium of nut producers, fair trade companies and ethical investors. I was tasked to photograph their efforts in both Nicaragua and India. The aim was not only to reflect what the Community Investment Company does to support the nut producers, but also to create a true portrait of the countries in which it is working. The emotive imagery was used to promote Liberation Nuts in all communications, both online and in printed materials.
