On Authenticity

Film I made with my dear friend Daphne Derven when she worked at Stone Barns in upstate New York - We filmed Fergus Henderson of St John and Dan Barber of Blue Hill. The film was made as a submission to the Oxford Symposium of food Wine and Cookery.
